Terms of Service
Effective July 2026 · Build Sphere Beta
1. Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these terms and to act in good faith toward every other participant on the platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate profile information, credentials you upload, and activity performed under your account. Impersonation and misrepresentation result in permanent removal.
3. Listings, jobs and tenders
Content you post — job vacancies, material listings, tenders, community discussions — must be truthful, legal in Ethiopia and free of infringing material. Build Sphere may remove content that violates these terms.
4. Payments & escrow
Escrow, TeleBirr and delivery-matching features are provided as facilitation. Build Sphere is not a party to contracts formed between users unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
5. Beta period
The platform is in beta. Features, availability and data schemas may change. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid features.
