What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, city, role), profile content you publish, and activity data (jobs posted, bids submitted, listings, community posts).
How we use it
To operate the platform, match you with relevant jobs, materials and tenders, secure your account, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
Public profile fields (name, role, city, portfolio) are visible to other users. Private fields (email, phone, credentials) are shown only where you explicitly enable them, such as accepting a job application.
Storage & security
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is scoped by row-level security policies enforced at the database layer.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account and data at any time from your dashboard, or by writing to privacy@buildsphere.et.
